This was my first time buying a car and I was having a miserable time with other dealerships and private sales. I found the exact make and model that I was looking for on Autotrader at Good Day Auto’s but noticed they were closing in ten minutes! I phoned and asked if the car was still available and Frank was an absolute gem, he said yes and he let me know if I wanted to come see it that he was working a bit late to help other customers so he would still be at the dealership. I raced over and the stars aligned for me! The car was better than anything else I’d seen or test drove and I was super nervous as this was my first big purchase but Frank explained all the details and how the purchase steps would go and I bought it on the spot! Frank’s professionalism and patience explaining everything to me has left me feeling super confident in my purchase and I’m proudly leaving my Good Day Auto frames on my license plate!
